Stage 14 - Turnkey homes
Our Stage 14 turnkey homes are almost complete - exciting news for our future residents! Home presentations have commenced, with settlements just around the corner. We’re looking forward to welcoming more families to the Eyre community soon.
AVJennings turnkey homes are move-in ready, complete with high-quality fixtures, driveways, and landscaped front and rear yards. It’s the stress-free way to settle into a brand-new home.

Stage 15 - Land construction
Construction of Stage 15 is now officially complete, bringing buyers one step closer to building their dream homes. Over recent months, we’ve made excellent progress:
✅ Earthworks – Complete ✅ Sewer & Drainage – Complete ✅ Roadworks – Complete ✅ Footpaths & Crossovers – Complete ✅ Finishing Works – Complete
Land title registration was received at the end of May, marking a major milestone for our purchasers.
Stage 17 - Land construction
Construction in Stage 17 is progressing well. Bulk earthworks across 63 lots and the large park reserve are now complete. Sewer works are well underway, with water infrastructure having commenced in early May.
These lots are anticipated to register in November 2025.
Stage 17 also includes a 6.5-hectare park, and we’re currently developing three concept themes in collaboration with our Landscape Architect. Soon, we’ll be inviting you, our community, to vote on your favourite. Stay tuned!
Recent land release
In mid-May, we released 38 land lots in Stage 17, ranging in size from 300m² to 592m². These lots have already been secured by a range of excited owner-occupiers, with settlement expected in November 2025.
A limited release of four lots is coming soon and will be offered exclusively to our registered customer base before being released publicly. Be sure to keep an eye out for updates - these opportunities won’t last long!
