AVJennings turnkey homes.
Stage 12 and 13 homes
Our build team is making great progress on the 22 three and four-bedroom homes in these stages, and all homes will be ready for purchasers to move in early 2025.
Stage 14 homes
Another 13 AVJennings turnkey homes in Stage 14 will begin construction in Q3. We will be releasing these stunning three and four-bedroom homes to the market in the coming months.

Stage 14
This stage has now titled – congratulations to our Stage 14 purchasers! We look forward to seeing your homes popping up soon, and of course welcoming you to the Eyre community.
Stage 15
Civil works in Stage 15 will commence in August and we will be releasing this stage shortly after.
Parks & Open spaces.
Stage 12 reserve
Stage 12 reserve has now opened. Featuring a sheltered BBQ area, fitness workout station and kickabout area. We welcome all residents and visitors to come and discover our newest park in the community.
Stage 13 landscape and swale
Stage 13 landscape including the swale is underway and due for completion next month.
